Gluten Free-Vegan Soft & Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients
Oats, Quaker, 2 cup Rice flour, white, 1 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp **Flax Seed, 4 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled Bob's Red Mill Vegetarian Egg Replacer, 1 TBSMaple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup), 2 serving Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp *Date Sugar - 1Tb, 3/4 Cup Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) Dairy Free Chocolate Dream Baking Chips Semi-Sweet, 1 CupCoconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded Coconut Oil, .333 cup *Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 4 tbsp 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Heat over to 350 degrees
Spray with pam 9x13 inch pan
Blend all Dry ingredients.
Mix Egg Replacer with 3 TBS water, Maple Syrup, Vanilla
Add wet to dry and mix with you hands to be sure everything is incorporated.
Press into pan and back for 25 - 30 min
COOL COMPLETELY to set
