Crock Pot Creamy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
6 Cups Chicken Stock2 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts2 Bay Leaves2 Celery Stalks (Chopped)1 Medium Onion (Chopped)2 Carrots (Chopped)3/4 Cup Long Grain Rice1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper1/2 tsp Garlic PowderSalt to taste1/2 tsp Onion Powder1/4 cup flour1/2 cup Almond Milk or Milk10 oz. Corn
Directions
Put everything in the crock pot except flour, milk, and corn. Let sit for 8 hours. Mix milk and flour until frothy. Add last three ingredients.
