Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. of ground turkey1 small onion, diced1 large bell pepper, diced1 can (29oz) diced tomatoes1 (10oz) can tomato soup (or sauce)1 (14oz) can chicken broth2 cups of cooked rice1 Tbs. sugar1 tsp. garlic powdersalt & pepper to taste(optional) low fat cheese for topping
Directions
brown ground turkey with onions and bell peppers over medium high heat.
When cooked add diced tomatoes, chicken broth and tomato soup (or sauce). Stir well.
Add cooked rice and stir again.
Add seasonings and then heat through to boiling.
