veg.semolina pancake(salty)

Ingredients
semolina-1cupyogurt-2 tablespoonsalt-as per tastecarrots-0.5cup(small pieces/grated)spinach-1cup(finely chopped)coriander leaves-2 table spoononion-1(grated)garlic-capsicum-0.5cup,0.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda,sesame seeds, oil
Directions
makes- about 5-6 servings

(1) take semolina. mix with yogurt and enough water. keep aside.
(2) add all the vegetables one by one stirirng the batter . add salt too.
(3) at last, add bicarbonate of soda and stir well.

(4) keep for 15 minutes.

(5) Now, take a pan and put some oil spread the batter with spoon in thick layer. cover it for two min. open and turn the other side . let it be brown both sides.

(6) enjoy hot with catch up / jam/ chutney(i will write the recipe later)

p.s. stir the batter well before making pancake everytime.
