Smottered Chicken Gizzards

Ingredients
2 lbs of chicken gizzards1 med onion2 tbs olive oil1/4 cup of whole wheat flour2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Boil the chicken gizzards until tender, I use the pressure cooker.
Cook the onions in the olive oil until soft. Then add the flour and cook it until it browns up. I add the water from the boiled gizzards but you can use regular water and continue stirring the gravy. Once it is to the desired consistency then add the gizzards and simmer for about minutes.

I serve it with yellow corn grits and loved it.
