Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 2 cupChicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 20 ounces *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 6 tspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesSpinach, fresh, 2 cup*Pine Nuts, .5 cupCornstarch, .25 cupWater, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)Oregano, ground, 1 tbspBasil, 2 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbspPaprika, 1 tbsp
Directions
Sautee garlic, onions, and mushrooms in the olive oil. Combine with tomatoes and water in slow cooker. Add chicken and spices. Cook on high 4 hours. As pasta is cooking, cut up spinach and add to slow cooker. Toast pine nuts and add. Melt cornstarch in 2 tbsp of water. Gradually add to slow cooker, constantly stirring. Add salt to taste.
