Vanilla Almond Milk - 1 CBlueberries - fresh 1/2 CKale (fresh pieces chopped) - 1/2 CSpinach (Fresh Express baby spinach in the bag) - 1/2CBanana (fresh or fresh frozen) - 1/2 medium sizeIce - about a cupWhey Protein Powder - Vanilla flavor - 1 scoop
Directions
I mix everything in the order listed and mix in my Vitamix about a minute - so yummy
