MF Banana Muffins Only 1 MF meal required

Ingredients
2 MF Banana or chocolate pudding envelopes, dry1/4 cup cold water1/2 cup eggbeaters1 tsp baking powderDash of cinnamonDrop of banana SF Torani syrup (optional) and/or1/2 tsp banana extract or SF chocolate syrup3-4 packets Splenda or to taste2 TBLs Flaxseed meal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together all dry ingredients, mix well. Meanwhile PAM-butter-spray a 6 cup muffin pan (WELL). Then add water and eggbeaters to dry ingredients as well as banana SF syrup and/or extract, if desired. Mix well. Batter will be thick. Pour/pat into the 6 muffin cups and bake for 15 minutes at 350 or until golden brown. Remove and allow to cool completely before removing from pan. The muffins will 'fall' a little bit but it won't affect the taste.
