Buffalo Chicken Burgers

Ingredients
*2 pounds Ground Chicken (or Chicken Breast)*˝ cups Your Favorite Buffalo Wing Sauce (we Used Texas Pete's)*˝ cups Panko Bread Crumbs*˝ teaspoons Minced Garlic*˝ teaspoons Salt*˝ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
Directions
1. Place the ground chicken in a large bowl.
2. Put all of the ingredients on top of the chicken in the bowl.
3. Get your hands dirty and mix it! Mix it good!
4. Form the meat mix into eight patties (four if you half the recipe).
5. Heat your grill on medium low (approximately 400 F).
6. Grease the grill with a little oil, and then place the burgers on the grill.
7. Roughly, keep the burgers on the grill for about five minutes on each side (or until done).
8. When done, take them off the grill and serve with your favorite hamburger rolls, cheese (our fave is pepper-jack), and toppings (we used ranch).
