Oopsie rolls/flatbread

3 Eggs3 ounces Cream Cheese (cold)pinch of Cream of Tartar
Preheat oven to 300*.
Separate the eggs and add cream cheese to the yolks and mix with electric mixer.
In a separate bowl, add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat to stiff peaks.
Fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites but still mixing well. Spoon mixture onto greased cookie sheet, making six mounds.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
cool on pan for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.
Serving Size: makes 6 rolls or flatbread

ALILDUCKLING
This is a low carb recipe that we found on another website - seem to be many variations. We use the idea of cooking on parchment paper and have really liked that. We use recipe in a French toast low carb recipe we found, and have recently tried using 2 rolls for a hamburger bun- worked well - 10/5/15
