Chicken taquitos with spinach and cream cheese

-10-12 flour tortillas (6 inch size)-1.5 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese-6oz light cream cheese-1/3 cup fat free sour cream-1/2 cup salsa-salt and pepper to taste-1.5 cups shredded baby spinach, stems removed-3 cups shredded chicken breast (rotisserie works well)
-mix all ingredients except for the tortilla together in a large bowl
-heat oil in a skillet on medium/high (enough to cover the entire bottom)
-fill tortillas with mix (about 2 heaping spoonfuls)
-Wrap tortillas and place in pan seam side down
-brown on both sides and drain on paper towel
-serve
