Slow Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

3 chicken breast halves1 cup honey1/2 cup soy sauce1/2 cup diced onion1/4 cup ketchup2 T vegetable Oil2 cloves minced garlic4 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 T water1 cup dry rice (3 cups cooked)
Put all ingredients except chicken, sesame seeds, rice and cornstarch in slow cooker. Mix. Add chicken and make sure it's coated. (Can put it all in a freezer bag, freeze, and thaw before cooking.) Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours. Make rice according to package directions. Remove chicken and add cornstarch dissolved in water to sauce. Put on lid and let cook for 10 minutes until thickened. Meanwhile, cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to slow cooker. Add sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
