Not fried rice-makeover

Ingredients
2 c. long grain white rice, cooked2 eggs, slightly beaten3 egg whites2 carrots, chopped1 celery stalk, chopped1 small onion, chopped1/2 c. frozen peas1/2 c. frozen corn2 tbs soya saucewater (as needed)
Directions
Add any vegetables you have in the house that you would like, the more the better for higher nutrition.
-put rice on to cook
-dice all vegetables
-put one little spray of cooking oil in the pan
-add vegetables and sauté over medium/high heat
-add eggs and egg whites and fry next to vegetables
-add soy sauce and rice, mix together thoroughly
