Ingredients
Directions
1 turkey2.5 cups of white winesalt and pepper to taste on the outside (optional)
Just before putting the turkey on the grill, using a large baster as you might find at a feed store, and inject the bird all over, JUST UNDER the skin.
We use the internal temp, but always to temp of 165 degrees F. for finished temp. The full amount of time depends on the size your turkey. What I put in fo9r minutes is approx. for a 14 pounder. (We use a good thermometer with the probe being mostly in, but also can see out of the bird.)
Let the bird rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
When grilling NEVER add stuffing/dressing.
No butter need be used.
I also remove the skin.
Serving Size: 1 slice of white meat. How many depends on the size of your turkey.
