Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
4 large stalks of celery cut into 3 inch pieces2 scallions diced small2 Tbsp horseradish1/3 cup part skim ricotta cheese
Directions
In small bowl mix together ricotta cheese, scallions and horseradish, until well blended. Spread mixture onto the celery rib and enjoy.
