Skillet General Tso Chicken

Ingredients
Sauce:3/4C sugar 1/4C soy sauce(reduced sodium)1/4C white wine vinegar 1/2C hot water1/2C hot chicken broth1 heaping spoon of Asian Chili Sauce (or more for heat)2T of cornstarch (mix sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar and then add hot chicken broth, cornstarch, and hot water until dissolved. Add chili sauce. Let stand. Chicken: 4 chicken breasts-skinless and cut into bite size chunkscook this in olive oil in a skillet. After cooked add the sauce to the chicken and let thicken for about 5 minutes. Garnish with shredded carrots and green onion.
