Ingredients
lean ground turkeymushroomstrader joes 21 salutetrader joes hymalayan saltcrushed red pepper (optional for spicy kick)
Directions
clean mushrooms, grind in food processor, place olive oil in skillet, add turkey, cook turkey half way through and then add the ground up mushrooms. add seasonings to your liking and tastes. cook turkey completely through and let simmer on low for 5 minutes. mushrooms are naturally moist and keeps the turkey from drying out, plus the mushrooms add a great veggie component to your meal!
