Ingredients
1 pnd lean ground turkey2 cans crushed tomatoes2 cans kidney beans1/2 small head cauliflower1 small head broccoli1 cup froz. corn1 cup fresh or canned mushrooms1 zuccinichili powder, garlic (fresh), ground black pepper, oregano, dried chives, any other spices you enjoy
Directions
cook ground turkey then add all other ingredients to huge pot and cook for at least an hour
