Ingredients
1/4Cup Egg Beaters1/4 c skim milk1 tsp vanillacinnamon to taste4 slices lite bread
Directions
combine Egg Beaters, Milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a dish that will allow you to submerge the bread slices.

Coat both sides of each slice of bread and cook on a flat skillet over medium heat, flipping as needed until both sides are toasty brown.

Serve with sugar free syrup and scrambled eggs and you have a low calorie yummy breakfast!

*also, make extra and freeze to use later... then to reheat just take frozen french toast and heat on a skillet over medium heat
