Smoothie- Creamy Raspberry

Ingredients
Frozen Pineapple (can use fresh)Handful of fresh Raspberrieshalf a small Banana- cut into chunksA splash of Cherry Pomegranate POM juice (or whatever flavor preferred)Vanilla Almond Milk- about 6 ozLowfat Cottage Cheese - about 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix the pineapple, raspberries, and pom juice in blender. Mix until well blended. Pour in Almond Milk and mix until blended. Add banana and cottage cheese and blend well until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 6-8oz servings
