Tuna-corn salad

Ingredients
1 can Sweet Corn, drained2 can Chunk White Albacore Tuna, 5 oz.2 Eggs, hard-boiled and chopped.5 Cup Raw Onion, coursely chopped 1 Cup Carrots, shredded.5 Cup Green Bell pepper, coursely chopped.5 Cup Almonds, whole1 Tbs. Flax Seed1 Cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 Cup Plain Fat-free Yogurt1 Large Lemon, squeezed for about .5 cups
Directions
Boil and peel eggs. Chop coursely. Prepare all vegetables - coursely chopped as specified in ingredients list. Drain canned corn. Place all ingredients into large bowl. Mix together well. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours for flavors to meld. mix again before serving.
