20 oz chicken tenderloins (10 tenderloins)Dijon Mustard, 5 tspLight Mayo, 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp Lime Juice, 2 lime yields Lime Zest, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 cloveKosher Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp Parsley, dried, 2 tsp
Wash and dry chicken tenderloins. Pound between wax paper to tenderize. Whisk together mustard, mayo, olive oil, lime juice, zest, crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper & parsley. Marinade chicken in mixture for 1 hour, making sure to cover both sides. Broil in oven for 5 minutes per side.
