Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients
3 medium bananas, mashed1/2 cup applesauce2 cups quick oats1/4 cup nonfat milk1 cup raisins (optional)1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and spread in dish. Bake for 15 to 20 mins. Allow to cool and cut into 12 bars.
