1 LB lean ground beef1C green pepper, chopped1/4C onion chopped 1C salsa1 cube chicken bullion 2tbs chili powder1tsp ground red pepper2C rice4C water
In medium pan brown ground beef over Med High heat, add onion and bell peppers. Cook until veggies are warmed through. In large pot over high heat, add water, rice, salsa, spices and bullion. Stir together, add mixture from pan. When mixture begins to boil, turn heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender.
