Ingredients
Beans, black, 1 15 oz canBell pepper orange, 1 largeOnions, raw, 1 large Zucchini, 2 cupsCilantro, 1/2 cup Cumin - ground 0.5 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp Garlic (1 clove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Salt, 0.5 tsp Pepper, black, .25 tsp
Directions
Heat a medium skillet with vegetable oil and saute vegetables until almost done. Add all of the spices and saute for a few minutes more. Remove from heat and add the cilantro, chopped up.
