Stir Fry Rice and Ground Beef

2 tsp. extra olive oil1 small onion, chopped1 cup celery, choppedgarlic, 2 cloves10 ounces extra lean ground beef1.5 cups brown rice, long grain, cooked1.5 cups broccoli, chopped, cooked
In a medium size stock pot add 2 tsp. olive oil, , brown garlic and onions until onions are clear. Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add 1 tbsp. light soya sauce and stir in mixture. If using a steamer with a steamer basket, while cooking rice, add broccoli into steamer basket and cook until rice is done. Remove broccoli from basket and cut up into bite size pieces, add to hamburger mixture.
