Apple Cinnamon Topping

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Chop apples into very small pieces. Place apples, cinnamon & 1 tbsp water into a saucepan. Cover & cook over medium heat until apples are tender. Serve over ice cream, cottage cheese, etc.
