Add grated cheese to bread crumbs & season as you would like. Soak haddock in milk, dredge in bread crumbs. Place in casserole dish top off with remaining breadcrumbs. Carefully add milk to edges of haddock until you can just see it all around the edges.
Cook in oven at 325 for 20 mins turn temp up to 350 for the last 5-10 mins
