Southwest Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup Hidden Valley Spicy Chipotle Pepper Sandwich Spread & Dip1/2 cup minced white onion1 can (15 oz.) black beans rinsed, drained6 cooked boneless chicken thighs, cubed4 tablespoons chopped cilantro3 cups cooked quinoa
Directions
In large salad bowl, combine quinoa, beans, onion, and cilantro. Gently stir in sandwich spread to coat all ingredients. Stir in cubed chicken, serve chilled.
