2 Cups All Purpose Flour4 teaspoons Baking Powder1/4 teaspoon Salt3 Tablespoons Sugar2 Cups Buttermilk4 Tablespoons Applesauce1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract2 Cups Frozen BlueberriesButter to cook
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, buttermilk, applesauce, vanilla in medium bowl. Whisk until smooth. Melt butter in frying pan. Cook 1/2 cup pancakes, adding frozen blueberries as you go.
