Ham and Mozzarella Quiche

Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - part skim1 cup chopped cooked ham2 green onions - sliced1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell1 can - 12 oz. evaporated milk3 large eggs1/4 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/8/ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese, ham and green onion into pie shell.
Whisk together evaporated milk, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted hear center comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
