Green BeansHam ShankOnionChicken Broth
Directions
Break Beans, chop onion, add to chicken broth. Add Ham Hock and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 hours. Remove Ham Hock and separate meat from fat and bone. Return meat to beans. Simmer 15 minutes longer and serve hot.
