Spicy Tomatoe Soup

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1/2 onion, chopped2/3 c. lentils2 c. low sodium vegetable (or chicken) broth1 can chopped tomatoes1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Cook the onions in the oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until the lentils are soft. Add salt to taste. Can add more broth if you want more liquid. Can add more cayenne pepper if you want it hotter.
