Healthy REAL Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
black pepper & garlic powderlow sodium soy sauce - 3 tbs1 pound of lean top sirloin - slice paper thin4 green onion (scallions) - chop courselarge red onion - slice thinjuice of 3 limes2 tsp white sugarcilantro - half bunch - chopped big pieces3 tbs fish sauce - must be fish sauce!! Do not substitutesold in grocery stores - Asian sectionground red dried chilies (Thai ground red hot peppers if you can find them) - add tsp at a time - for desired heat
Directions
garlic powder/garlic, soy sauce - marinate in meat for 1 hour
grill on medium/hot until medium/medium rare 16mins
chopped green onion, cilantro
slice paper thin - onion, beef, cucumber

mix fish sauce & sugar together in a small bowl set aside

add meat, onion, and sauce together - add dried hot peppers. Mix together, taste once you have the desired flavor, add the rest of ingrediants. Cover for an hour - serve over rice.
