COMBINE PUMPKIN, MILK, EGG YOLKS AND BROWN SUGAR WITH MIXER, THEN BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF- FOLD INTO PUMPKIN MIXTURE- PUT INTO 2 GREASED CASSEROLE DISHES. BAKE AT 350' FOR 30 MINUTES - TURN OVEN OFF AND LEAVE IN OVEN UNTIL CENTER IS DONE- REMOVE AND COOL, SERVE WITH COOL WHIP ON TOP
