Smoothie - Kale, apple, banana, parsley

1 green apple chopped1 cup kale chopped (frozen or fresh)1 ripe banana broken into pieces1/4 cup of fresh parsley2 1/4 cup of water (you can reduce the water to 1 1/4 cup and add 1 cup of apple juice if you want some extra sweetness. This will change the nutritional values slightly)
Throw it all in the blender and let her rip. Blend thoroughly.
If you want a thicker smoothie then add less liquid.
