Half a pound of Lean Ground Beef (Or turkey or chicken, or if you are vegetarian add a can of beans.)1 Can of Mushrooms, Drained3 Cups Water1 Can (784ml) of Crushed Tomatoes3 Large Carrots3 Stalks of Celery2 Cups of Chopped Cabbage1 tbsp. Oregano
Step One: The first thing I did was fully cook the ground beef, strain it, and break it up into small pieces.
Step Two: I used a crock pot and added all ingredients. First the crushed tomatoes, water, and oregano and gave it a good stir, then added all other ingredients.
