Chia Porridge with Nuts & Berries

Ingredients
3 T. chia seeds1 c. almond milk, unsweetened original2 T. dried cranberries1/2 - 1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. allspice1/2 tsp. vanilla extract3 drops liquid Stevia
Directions
Place almond milk in a bowl & sprinkle chia seeds in & stir immediately for 1-2 minutes to avoid clumping. add cranberries & spices as you stir. Stir in vanilla & liquid Stevia. Allow to stand for 30-40 minutes to thicken (or covered in refrigerator overnight). Top with berries of your choice & almonds.
