Almond milk protein smoothie

Ingredients
Pour 8-12 ounces of Almond Milk (unsweetened regular or vanilla) into a tall glass. (I put mine in a tall, wide mouth plastic drinking glass because I blend the smoothie with an immersion blender. Add frozen fruit (2 cups assorted fruits) Add 1 T ground flax seedAdd 1T protein powderBlend until smooth and serve immediately.
