Ingredients
1/4 pound of ground moose meat1 slice Pickle1 slice onion (1/8 inch thick)1/4 cup of lettuce1 Teaspoon mustard1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise1 slice of cheddar cheese1 hamburger roll
Directions
Take ground moose meat and form into patty, BBQ, till cooked

I like to toast my hamburger roll. After toasting I put all the condiments on the burger! ENJOY!
