Crock Pot Beef Pepper Steak w/rice

Ingredients
16 oz. beef bottom round steak, cut into four pieces1 bell pepper, cut into strips1 can Campbell's tomato soup2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cumin3 cups cooked rice
Directions
Cut up pepper. Add Campbell's soup to crock pot, stir in seasonings, add beef and bell pepper strips. Cook on high for one hour; turn to low for at least two hours.

Serve over rice, divided as 3/4 cup cooked rice per serving.
