1 cup brown sugar splenda blend1/4 cup stevia in the raw1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup oilcream together in large bowladd: 3 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 cup buttermilkmeasure into separate bowl:1 1/2 cups white flour1 cup whole wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp. allspice1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking soda4 tablespoons cocoamix well and add to creamed mixture.add: 2 cups shredded zucchinipour into 13" x 9" greased and floured pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips on top.Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
bake 45 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
