Gazpacho Andalusian

Ingredients
125 g bell pepper275 g cucumber; pealed, seeds removed350 g ripe tomatoes130 g raw onion150 ml tomato sauce (optional for when there are not enough tomatoes from the harvest. I use homemade which I keep in the freezer)0.5 tsp. sea salt1 slice white bread (or equivalent in French bread or roll)8 oz. chilled water
Directions
Soak the bread in the water
Puree all ingredients in a food processer or other kitchen appliance. I use a Ninja.
