1 lb healthy choice deli roast beef 4 slices fraft fat free singles sharp chedder1 cup sliced onions2 cans beef consemme
pour 2 cans beef consemme in pan and one can of water add onions after the onions are almost soft add the roast beef do not over heat roast beef as it becomes chewy serve on whole wheat sub (not included in nutritional info) dip the top layer of bread into the aus jus. this recipe is a little high on the salt but pretty low in calories. i usually dress with fat free mayo lettuce tomatoe and honey dijon mustard. can also be used to make open faced roast beefs. on a sidenote since you wont be actually consuming all the juice the nutritional info is a little off especially on the sodium part since thats where most of the salt comes from in this recipe :)
