1 large whole egg2 large egg whites1/4 cup Feta Cheese1 tbsp chia seeds2 tsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce (or to taste)Salt, to tastePepper, to taste
Heat small skillet on medium, spray with cooking spray. Add one whole egg and two egg whites to pan and salt and pepper to taste. Scramble and cook until done.
Add cooked eggs to a bowl with the feta, chia seeds and buffalo sauce (to taste-I like a lot of buffalo sauce-recipe is for 2 tsp).
Serving Size: Makes one delicious breaksfast!
