Sardine Pate

Ingredients
One 3 oz. can sardines, in olive oil1 tbsp capersjuice from a quarter lemon2 large cloves garlic, finely minced1 tsp sriracha (chile garlic sauce), or to taste1 tbsp mayonnaise
Directions
Drain the oil from the sardines. Measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

This is delicious served immediately or left to sit in the fridge for a half hour or so. and then served with crackers or celery or even straight off the spoon.
