Ingredients
**Flax Seed, 2 tbsp Flour, whole grain, .25 cup*Health Valley Organic Fiber 7 Multigrain Flakes, .25 cup or any 7 grain hot cereal*Erythritol, 4 tsp or xylatolEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Unsweetened Soy Milk, 1/4 cup Butter, unsalted, 1/2 cupcoconut meal, 4 tbsp
Directions
Heat oven 350
Mix all ingredients together ( batter will be stiff )
Use 2 tlbs scoop and place one scoop in each muffin space. Use mini muffin tins.
bake for 20 mins
