Broccoli Salad, South Beach Style

4 Cups Broccoli Florets, chopped1 Cup Onion, diced (red or sweet)5 Slices Turkey Bacon, cooked and chopped1 Cup Pecan Pieces (or you can chop your own)1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Sour Cream1/2 Cup Light Mayo4 TBLSP Cider Vinegar (i use white wine vinegar)2 TBLSP Splenda (or more or less to taste)
Just add the broccoli, onion, bacon and pecans to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
In another bowl, mix the sour cream, mayo, vinegar and splenda together.
Pour the dressing over the veggies and mix well. Let sit in fridge overnight to mix flavors :)
Serving Size: Makes 12 (1/2 Cup) Servings or 6 (1 Cup) servings
