Lime Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup lime juice1 Tbsp sugar3 Tbsp Splenda1/3 cup olive oil1 Tbsp poppy seeds1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar2 tsp white onion, diced1 tsp dijon mustard1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, other than the poppy seeds, in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Transfer mixture to a covered, airtight container and add poppy seeds; Shake well. Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake well before use.
