2 Tablespoons of salted butter4 raw potatoes, peeled and diced2 large stalks of celery, diced1 medium onion, diced1 Cup Sweet corn, fresh off the cob2 Tablespoons of flour1 Can of Crabmeat6 Cups of 2% Milk1 Pkg, (400g) of Boston Bluefish Fillets (thawed), cubed
Melt the butter and saute the potatoes, celery, onion and corn till softened. Sprinkle with the flour and add the milk. Warm through till piping hot.
Add the cubed fish and crabmeat and allow to cook about 5 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
